Developer Willing To Contribute To New Device Drivers

Hey everyone, I have been a long-time user of SignalRGB and I currently have an Asus TUF 4070 Super and I see that we don’t have support for that particular card yet.

I am a software developer and am interested in contributing to the software in regards to this particular card. Keep in mind I am not experienced in creating controllers/drivers for hardware, my experience is largely in building web apps using Java, JS, and Python.

Long before I was a software dev I was, and am, a hardware enthusiast. I would love to help and learn!

Can someone point me in the right direction to get in contact with the team?

Could you send us the card ID that you can get from here https://srgbmods.net/s?p=view/debuginfo ?

Sure thing. Thanks for your response.

Can you try the attached file, please?
Place the file on Plugins folder: https://srgbmods.net/s?p=view/userplugins and restart SignalRGB

Looks like the plugin works as far as I can tell.

Full color spectrum works, saturation works, luminance works, forced lighting mode works, canvas lighting mode works, shutdown color appears to work for both signalrgb and hardware options.

LED painting and brightness adjustment works.

Forced mode overrides canvas properly.

Enable device toggle works.
