Library tabs all appearing completely empty on new installation

Just built a new PC and doing some setup! Obviously I want to set up my RGB (I don’t have tons really, just a couple of case fans, I don’t even have a tempered glass side panel) and SignalRGB is the best option for me.

However! I have a problem! Which is that when I installed Signal RGB, all the Library tabs (Home, Free, Pro, New & Updated, Installed) appeared empty except for the floating bubbles background. My Effects was populated with the basic effects that properly changed the lighting, but only a handful were available.

Okay, well, I googled it and I found nothing other than one other report on Reddit from yesterday that someone was having the same issue with SignalRGB. Strange! I also found a similar report from a couple months ago that suggested a network problem blocking the pages from finding results, which seems unlikely; like I said this is a clean, clean install of Windows for myself so there’s nothing likely to be blocking it at the device level, and on the network level I’m not running anything like a pihole or custom DNS that would block pages.

I went ahead and uninstall-reinstalled Signal and it seems like that didn’t fix in, and now that I’m going through the first-time user experience again, I realize that the popups don’t make much sense because the pages are empty!

Hi @Burwicke, follow this troubleshooting to see if it fix: https://docs.signalrgb.com/troubleshooting/library-and-404-issues
If you still face this issue, try setting a static DNS and get in touch with your ISP.
