Coolermaster ck720 is still after troubleshoot not working

At first my ck720 wasnt shown up in the device section then i tried to install a plugin from a support site where someone else had the same problem, but its still not working. It is shown up now but i cant make any change to the lightning

@skynsanyty Did you ever get this resolved? I just purchased a CK720 because it’s on the supported list and I have the same issue. Its concerning that your post is 2 years old and it looks like I have the same issue.

Might be a variant, if the AIO has different device IDs on it (common w/ different manufacturing production runs), then we have to update the plugin. Definitely report it as a bug, team is happy to assist!

We generally can get variants added fairly quick, assuming that’s the root cause of the issue. :slight_smile:

Sorry about the confusion. The CK720 is a keyboard, not an AIO. Whatever the case I did report it as a bug last night (using the thumbs down button in the device section). Hopefully I hear something soon. Thanks
