I tried looking under the request a device, but was unable to locate the device that i have mentioned. The xpg lancer ddr5 memory has rgb capabilities, and i understand that it is currently unsupported but wanted to request this device.
99% of RAM kits out there are supported so long as its AURA compatible. Check if you have the latest bios, and the latest chipset drivers installed. Majority of the time that RAM isnt showing up, chipset drivers are not installed.
