Xinmeng M71 keyboard misrecognized as AULA F65

I was THRILLED to find out that my Xinmeng M71 keyboard is supported on SignalRGB. The software for this keyboard sucks, so its great to see the RGB at its full potential.

But there is an issue: the keyboard is misrecognized as the AULA F65 (similar hardware/software). As a result, not all LEDs are functional. 2 of 3 spacebar LEDs and 3 nav keys (ins, end, del) are not recognized.

I’ll take this over the crappy proprietary software any day, but I was hoping to see if this is at all fixable. Thanks!

I’m not seeing any Xinmeng keebs on the compatible device list. That keyboard is likely using the same device IDs and such as an AULAF65 and why it’s being recognized that way. You can submit a device request here so we can adjust and properly add support when we’re able to!
