Won't detect Corsair fans connected via iCUE Link

For starters, I don’t have any other RGB software installed, including iCUE. The fans are connected to the iCUE Link hub, 3 on the front and one in the back. On first boot they lit up with the default RGB pattern and I can change colors with the iCUE software. However, after deleting iCUE and installing SignalRGB they lose all lighting and are completely undetected by SignalRGB. Oddly enough, Signal detects the Link hub but no amount of messing around with settings there has yielded any results.

edit: I found another post from a year ago that appeared to have the same problem. The only reply stated “every connection has to be in sequential order” but I’m not entirely sure what that means and there was no response from OP after that. Does that mean that you need to go from fan to fan before connecting to the hub? If so that’s unfeasible because I have three fans at the front and one at the back and the provided cable aren’t long enough to reach. Also that would seem to only be a problem with SignalRGB because I’m able to control the fans via iCUE in their current configuration.

This started happening to me too. SignalRGB was all fine and colours and cooling worked as intended. Not sure if an update introduced a bug during December period, but cooling no longer works.

The 14 of my 15 fans detect, but don’t respond to any cooling changes which is now causing higher system temps.

You might find some more information in the devices console.
Under the System section go Devices and click your Corsair iCUE LINK Device. In the top right corner there should be a icon that looks like a CMD/Console icon. Click that should give you some logs that might help a bit.
