Both of these devices say they are supported in the supported devices page. keyboard - Asus Strix Scope II 96
case - Asus G16CHR
In the devices tab in signal rgb there is one device that shows up labeled asus device but I don’t know if that is the case or keyboard.
When you’re looking at the devices or components and hovering over the icon for it, you should see an icon that looks like a flashlight sort of. When you click that, the device should pulse to identify it. When you click that, do the case RGBs pulse colors or the keyboard?
You can also report a bug by clicking the bug icon in the upper right then hitting “Report a Bug”. Happy to look into this with you together!
Apologies, I confused it with the components under an RGB controller or mobo. You could try clicking on the device and painting the LEDs? If you’re setup is all red for example, painting the RGBs to be green would make it easy to tell them apart I’d think.
I’d recommend moving forward with creating a ticket through our contact page. We can take a deeper look and get this in front of the devs.
