Trident Z memory not recognized

Hello,

This is my setup :

CPU : Intel Xeon E5-2699 V4 (22 cores/44 threads)
MOBO : EVGA X99 Micro 2 (latest BIOS ver. 2.08)
MEM. : G.Skill Trident Z 3200 128gb kit (4x32gb)
Graphics : nVidia GTX Titan X
Storage : WD NVMe SN850X 2tb (C drive) running Windows 10 Pro
Storage : WD Red Plus HHD 10tb (D storage/backup drive)

My problem is : I had an I7-6850K as CPU prior to the upgrade to the Xeon chip. Trident software worked fine, yet after the CPU change, the software won’t even post. In task manager, I can see the process using up 3-4% of the CPU, but nothing. I then decided, after exhausting all options on the G.Skill forum, to download SignalRGB and flush the trident software. I had a glimmer of hope when the software downloaded and posted properly, yet it’s not recognizing the memory (see attached pic).

I’ve tried the bios, uninstalling and reinstalling the software to no avail.

Help please !

Thanks,
Angelo
