My TeamGroup XTREEM ARGB White RAM isn’t being detected. I haven’t started my pc for around a month but before it worked fine. I’ve tried multiple full restarts, I’ve changed my chipset drivers to different versions, I even changed to the BIOS that it worked on before. I reinstalled armoury crate and it detected the RAM fine, but after I completely uninstalled using their uninstaller, Signal still wouldn’t recognize it. The log says that my XTREEM ram is a false pass.
Taking a look at our devices list I’m not certain these are supported in SignalRGB. Did they work previously?
Yes. They worked before around August, but I haven’t been home to check since then. They should be Aura Compatible. They didn’t show up in Signal as the actual RAM either when they worked, they just showed up as Aura Compatible RAM.
I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. Logs will help figure out what may be going on. ![]()
Hi, I have the same RAM and issue. The latest updates just doesn’t detect it. I don’t have a permanent fix yet, but for me installing version 2.5.17 while turning internet off and all worked fine as before, but temporarily, after restarting pc you need to do it again bc app updated. I’m considering blocking the app’s internet access until this is resolved. Please let me know if you find a solution I’ve already tried everything I could think of.
I would triple check all your BIOS and Firmware are up to date. Many detection issues with RAM relate back to the chipset drivers. If that fails I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up.
Upd - From version 2.5.39 (02/03/2026) all start working perfect like before (without any action on my part).
I heard from the team that .39 and .40 should fix issues with TeamGroup and GSkill RAM, issue was related to how they read in the app because of changes made on their ends. Should be fixed though~
