I’m having issues with the T-FORCE XTREEM RGB Ram not being detected in signal RGB. I was already talking to support about via email, and i received a plugin that they provided to add to the plugins folder. But it did not work. I have no RGB software installed on this computer other than signal rgb. any help? Thanks!
I would recommend continuing to work with the support team over email. If they sent you a plugin, it’s likely something under the hood that needs additional work us folks here on the forums won’t be able to accomplish.
Reply back to the ticket with what you told us, and the support team should be able to follow up and work with the devs as needed.
