Everything else is being deteced except my ram sticks.
Motherbaord : Gigabyte Z590 Vision G
First 2 ram sticks : TEAMGROUP-UD4-3600
Other 2 : TEAMGROUP-UD4-3200
Have you already tried the steps in the Device Not Detected guide found here? If those steps don’t do the trick, sometimes a full power cycle can help too.
neither of those worked, my motherboard doesnt have the SMBus or I2C toggle setting.
im trying to post the log but no pastebin works and the text is too large
I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. They can help investigate further to figure out what might be going on, and that report in-app will automatically include the logs.
