Hello, I hope this is in the correct spot for this issue.
I’m running into some issues with some Swafans EX12. I know the specific model is not listed in the software yet, but I’m using the standard Swafan, I don’t think there is much difference all around. but when using the fan control software, my system is only allowing the fans to ramp up to around 1400 RPM when set to full speed.
aside from that, the RGB is working correctly on all of the fans.
any ideas why they would only be going to 1400RPM and not the 2k they are listed at?
