Stuttering in 4070 Ti Gaming OC V2

I recently bought a new GPU.

I noticed very slight stuttering problems cyclically. And I thought it was a manufacturing defect in the GPU.
After changing the PSU cables, play with the Nvidia Control panel options and such. I remembered that I had a similar problem on the RK84 (cyclic problem) and realized that the problem is with the Software.

Stutters every 3-5 seconds when device (GPU) is enabled in SIGNALRGB software.

Any solution?
Thank you.

Best support ever, thank you.

Hey, I had the same issue and emailed them and got a reply. It was something along the lines of
“We detected a lockout in the nvida api” and they said they could not fix it on their end. The solution was to disable your gpu from being controlled by SignalRGB. This totally fixed my stuttering.

Sí, es la única ‘‘solución’’.
Desactivar el dispositivo desde SignalRGB.
Dudo mucho que sea culpa del Panel de Nvidia.

Yes, it is the only ‘‘solution’’.
Disable the device from SignalRGB.
I highly doubt it is the Nvidia Panel’s fault.

@Christian - NVAPI being loaded is enough to cause stuttering, iirc.

So yes, unfortunately the only solution is to skip using the Nvidia bus for customers with problematic products. We use an Nvidia library to talk to nvidia stuff, and this is the root of the problem.

So why doesn’t this happen in other software?
