I’m having trouble syncing my apex pro mini with the other devices. Actually it is not even recognized when it is connected in wireless or bluetooth mode. Does it have to do with the dongle that comes with the keyboard? In wired mode everything works perfectly and is in sync with the other devices etc.
Do you know any workaround so that the keyboard can be recognized in wireless/bluetooth mode?
