Some of my devices aren't lighting up

So I have two problems:

  1. My Motherboard, MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4(MS-7D25, and Corsair Lighting Node Core (which are under Fan/RGB Controllers) aren’t lighting up despite being detected and showing they have LEDs
  2. My GPU isn’t showing up at all it it makes the inside of my PC look very dark.

Can someone from SIgnalRGB help me with this issue? I’d add a picture but I’m not sure how to.

What GPU do you have? It might not be supported. Have you already checked out the our quick start guide for the general info around first time setup and such?
