Where is this strip connected to? Are you over the LED limit of the controller?

His connected directly to the motherboard, with Asus Aura Armoury Crate it’s work properly but not fully detected by SignalRGB

I see you didnt went with component setup, remove the default strip which is a placeholder and add the proper strip model or create a custom one with 66 LEDs:
