My ROG Claymore 2 has been ghost clicking “t”,“w”, and sometimes “q” on a frequent basis.
I have reinstalled my signalRGB app and reinstalled keyboard drivers and did a setting reset on the keyboard and everything. the issue persists. and it only occurs when SignalRGB is running.
Try to go into SignalRGB’s device settings and disable/remove the keyboard from SignalRGB’s control. If the ghost clicking stops immediately, that confirms it’s the plugin and we may need to get it reported to the devs for a fix.
I actually did this a couple days ago and yes it did prevent the ghost cliking.
In that case, send us a bug report through the bug icon found on the upper right panel of the app so we can look into it further and get it in front of the devs.
I also did this about a week ago. It should be there.
Did you get an email confirming your report was received and containing a ticket #? If not, then something along the way prevented the bug report from being submitted. In that case, send us an email to [email protected] with your latest log files found here:
