SignalRGB Macros messing with read dead redemption 2

When macros is enabled, it introduces massive input lag in game (rdr2 is known to make keyboard input lag when tabbed out already, however it is noticeably worse with macros enabled) on the keyboard only, although i do not use any mouse macros, it stops when disabling macros.
