SignalRGB isn't synchronizing correctly with my hardware's LEDs.

I have an MSI Mystic Light controller on the B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI motherboard, a Cooler Master GEN2 LED A1 controller, and a COOLER MASTER MASTERLIQUID PL360 FLUX WC.

Neither are synchronizing correctly.

I was only able to restore the LED strip by resynchronizing it in MSI Mystic Light. The same thing happens when using MasterPlus+ 1.9.6, but despite resynchronization, the effects don’t return in SignalRGB.

It’s not a hardware issue.

I installed the current beta and I’m getting this error, even as an administrator and having already restarted as requested.

I think that might be the problem.

Does the issue persist when you’re on the latest stable build? Might be something about the beta branch.

This issue is occurring in version 2.5.6.

I installed the beta to see if it was a problem with it.

I went back to 2.5.6.

I noticed it was on the Reddit link that I can’t share here.

There are all the details.

I tested it by turning off SignalRGB and reinstalling version 2.5.6.

Before, I installed it and didn’t even need to configure anything, as the LEDs were already detected.

Now, neither the LED strip nor the Jungle Leopard LEDs are detected.

Even stranger, installing MSI Mystic Light and Master Plus+ allows me to get the LEDs working properly, except for the Jungle Leopard HX LEDs, which work with Lian Li effects. And, in this last regard, only SignalRGB was able to provide this.

Can you provide me with a version prior to 2.5.6? Other than beta versions?

I don’t have any links to download older versions unfortunately, Support might though. Have you already submitted a ticket? Sounds like we’ll want to dig into a little deeper with them. Please create a ticket through our contact page. Hope this helps, and apologies I don’t have more info at this time.
