I plug in my keyboard to charge into my pc, and I use the show in taskbar feature to track my battery percentage.
Unfortunately, signalrgb detects it when I plug it in and it creates a duplicate in my taskbar and the dongle version just says “0%”. Is there any way to make it hide when it’s not connected so this can be fixed? Thanks
What keyboard is it? When you plug it in to charge, try restarting SignalRGB and seeing if it’s still showing up twice. If so, it’s probably not recognizing that it’s being disconnected. You could also try fully disconnecting it and turning the keyboard off before plugging it in to charge.
I ended up buying a data signal blocker from amazon. It works by plugging into my pc and only allowing power to transfer and removing all the data pins. Now my keyboard is not recognised by my pc when plugged in and avoids duplicates
