Hi, I have been using the pro version for a little over a year. About a week ago I started having trouble signing in through the app. I don’t have access to my pro account. I have uninstalled and rebooted and I get nothing but the free stuff. I can sign in to my account through the website. It there a issue with login through the app? How can I fix this?

Same issue. Been emailing support over two weeks. They say the captcha is not communicating to their server. They have offered no solution.

Do you happen to have anything like adblockers or similar that might be interfering? If you submit a ticket through our contact page, happy to take a deeper look!
