Signal RGB not working on ROG strix G16 (G614JV)

I installed Signal RGB on few minutes ago and it recognized correctly, but it’s not working. it just turned off keyboard and light bar.

I have removed G-Helper and set it’s effect color 000000 before at third reinstall, but still I can’t to proceed to step 4.

@Wertschel make sure that you don’t have any ASUS app running in background along with ArmouryCrate

Did you ever get this working? I’m having the same problem with a 2024 Strix G16 - removed absolutely every other piece of RGB/Asus software. I think the edge/lightbar is working now (for the first time, after a few unrelated reboots since I started trying to get this working), but the keyboard is completely off and isn’t showing up as a separate device or anything.

Have you triple checked everything is updated? Sometimes in the BIOS there’s additional options for RGB control too that might need to be disabled or otherwise changed.
