I own a SCIMITAR ELITE WIRELESS SE MMO Gaming Mouse. I have been trying to get the side buttons to function in signal, but I’m not having any luck. I know lots old posts about this problem from 3 years ago but never saw a solution, so I made this post in hope someone figured out a solution I can use.

I disabled icue in system startup, but still installed for updates. I do same with my gigabyte command center. I want signal to control the ARGB/RGB, but still use the mouse programable buttons for key strokes.

This is a limitation of the plugin for that mouse. Unfortunately the extra buttons require software support that the plugin doesn’t include as it focuses on RGB over other mouse features. You would need to enable the manufacturer software, but this may cause a conflict in SignalRGB and require the device to be removed so that it can solely be controlled by the native app for the mouse.
