I got the Royal Kludge ‘RK C61 Magnetic’ keyboard and while setting it up on the site (https://drive2.rkgaming.com/), I clicked on the local update, and it’s asking me for a .bin file that I absolutely cannot find after several hours of searching and trying many files without any success in bringing it back to ‘normal mode’. So the keyboard is stuck and I can’t do anything with it.
I don’t know what to do, their customer service is on vacation until the end of the month..please help me ?
Is it possible to find firmware and flash it?
