I think there has 5 LEDs on this mobo’s I/O shield. All of these 5 leds work fine with AuraSync, while in SignalRGB it can only detect or control 3 of them.
Sounds like the number of LEDs for the device is incorrectly set. I recommend creating a ticket through our contact page, or reaching out to on our Discord. Happy to look into things further!
