i have an issue where the rgb effects keep freezing randomly on all my devices and i have to restart/relaunch the program.
This is a known issue, we have no fix for now.
Still no solution for that? An app selling its advanced features before making basic ones work certainly gets my respect… for grifting, that is
Well it’s annoying but it’s not like it was causing something bigger than frozen leds… i’ll keep my subscription just because their soft allows me to do in-depth customisation, like setting a color on each different led of my ram/fans etc…
Yeah, it sucks but if they havent found a solution, just restart when you wanna get those fancy leds, deal with it and go back to icue if it doesn’t suit you

For what it’s worth we’re currently testing a new Canvas renderer internally which should* fix this issue. You’ll see it in Beta soon enough.
It’s frustrating when things don’t work, I get it. We have 100+ things on our plate at any given time, and unfortunately we don’t have the budget to do everything immediately. Maybe that makes us grifters - I don’t know. What I do know is that our guys are working hard on a massive list of features and fixes, and as @Heal-Bot indicated, we’ve got a replacement renderer being internally tested right now.
The likely result is that this issue gets fixed for the small number of people who have reported it.
i am having this same issue where signal rgb is almost unusable. the desktop app is constantly freezing up then will work then freezes back up. i have tried everything. i visited the official support page and did everything listed. i have tried options laid out by reddit users. every time it updates it seems like it may get better or worse but always freezes. i would love to continue using this app and honestly considered buying it but honestly i have no faith that a pro version is going to work any better.
