I recently purchased a Redragon Dharma Pro K556 RGB keyboard and a Redragon Axe Pro M814RGB-Pro mouse and was curious why there doesn’t appear to be any support in SignalRGB for these devices. How does one go about recommending devices to be added to the supported device “list”?
You can submit a device request here. Redragon devices are a bit hit or miss as far as support for a few reasons, sometimes the device simply doesn’t support real time RGB effects and there’s not much that can be done and other times we need time to create a plugin for that device. Bit of a coinflip and entirely depends on how the device was manufactured and designed.
