Razer Strider Chroma Hybrid

Hello group, I just picked up a Razer Strider Chroma Hybrid mouse pad and it’s not working with Signal RGB. It shows in the app and in windows devices but no luck. All my other devices work with Signal RGB. Any ideas I can try?
