It says its supported even with a staff pick next to it, but no matter what I try, I can’t get signal to work the rgb. Its showing up in the devices tab and everything but zero lights appear. Everything else is fine including my razer huntsman mini
When i got mine I had to install Synapse to get some sort of update, then uninstall synapse and suddenly it started working.
Dark has it right. Unfortunately you need Synapse to get started with some Razer products. My daughter bought me the exact mouse pad last Christmas and I love it. I can confirm that as I am writing this, that my RGB is working as expected.
