Hi, I have two sticks of G.Skill Trident Z Neo RGB 8GB DDR4 3600MHz desktop RAM in my PC, and the RGB lighting was working fine. I used MSI Center to control my RAM before I installed SignalRGB. But, after installing it, it did work for a few minutes, and then the lights started going on and off for a while, and now it doesn’t light up anymore. SignalRGB detects my RAM sticks, but the manufacturer name says “unknown,” and it has been like this even when it was working. Meanwhile, the RGB lights of my DeepCool CPU cooler and Asus ROG Gladius II Core mouse are working fine, but for some reason, my Asus ROG Strix Scope keyboard has no effect when I try to change its RGB settings from the SignalRGB app, but that’s not my concern because it already has RGB presets and it works. My main issue is with my two RAM sticks. I did uninstall MSI Center and Mystic Lights along with it after what happened, but it still didn’t fix the problem. PLEASE HELP!
