PUBG Game intergration

I have been playing around with Signal for a wee bit and its working good but I recently purchased the PUBG integration (not cheap I might add) and I can’t get it working properly.

It triggers sometimes but very randomly or not at all. I have read all the troubleshooting tips etc, only thing i can think of is the fact that I have a ultrawide 3440x1440 screen.

In any case I don’t want to have to disable HDR etc,

I want a refund to be honest, spose thats not possible.

Thanks for reaching out! This sounds like an ultrawide resolution issue we can fix. Submit a bug using the icon in the app (upper-right) or through this link. We’ll need in-game screenshots, particularly when effects aren’t triggering. Our effects dev typically resolves resolution issues within a few business days once we have the right info.

Awesome, thanks for that! We’re also working to update the support docs, as all display resolutions should be supported. When they’re not for some reason, bug reports and more info helps. We’re aiming to find a resolution as quickly as possible, usually within a few weeks we can get stuff like this fixed. :slight_smile:

Havent heard anything about this since I submitted the report. Still just random triggers in incorrect situations.

Hi badger, not sure I have a record of ticket. I submitted directly from the application. Basically the integration was triggering but randomly and incorrect situations. I could not resolve this after following all recommend settings i.e. disabling hdr. I am using a Samsung g8 UW OLED.

In any case I have moved back to Synapse for now as I have added a razer bulb and light bar to my setup which are not currently supported by signal.

When you submit a ticket from the app you should get an email to the associated email address with your account. If you give me the subject line I can check again!

You can also send an email to [email protected]. If you can include in-game screenshots in, especially if you can take the screenshots during scenes when effects are not triggering correctly, that would go a long way in resolving the issue!
