Hey there. Please check if there’s a firmware update for that AIO. Sometimes the manufacturer updates the display mapping.
They are two different displays, mine has a resolution of 320x320 while the Grand Vision has a larger screen with a resolution of 480x480
Hmm, unfortunately, it doesn’t look like we have support for the Thermalright FW PRO 360, actually. I recommend requesting support for it on the supported devices page.
For now, try to disable it on SignalRGB and use the Thermalright app as a workaround, and see if that works.
