PNY RTX 3060 Ti XLR8 not showing up in SignalRGB

Hey everyone! I’m trying to use SignalRGB to control the LEDs on my PNY RTX 3060 Ti XLR8 Gaming REVEL EPIC-X RGB Dual Fan, but I’m running into an issue:
the GPU doesn’t show up in the “Devices” tab, so I can’t apply any lighting effects.

The RGB on the card works (it used to be controlled through VelocityX), but after the latest VelocityX update, the lighting tab disappeared. So I switched to SignalRGB to try it out.

What I’ve tried so far:

  • Running SignalRGB as administrator;
  • Installing the latest version;
  • Checked the Documents\WhirlwindFX\Plugins folder, but not sure what should go there;
  • Updated my GPU drivers;
  • Looked for possible conflicts with other RGB control software.

None of these worked.

Has anyone with this same PNY model (or another XLR8 variant) gotten the RGB to work in SignalRGB? Is there a plugin or extra step I’m missing to get the card recognized?
