Thanks for reaching out! While the GK71 is a compatible device, the way the firmware of the keyboard works it will unfortunately only show up as a single LED device. I triple checked this with our internal teams too, and it does appear to be working as we would expect.

Yes exactly, GK71 Sonic is supported, but in SignalRgb it lights up and is only as one diode.

Thanks for following up! This is a limitation of the GK71’s firmware. It reports itself as a single LED device to third-party software, so SignalRGB can only control one color at a time. For per-key control, you’ll need to use MSI’s software. You can also keep SignalRGB in single color mode or disable it and let MSI handle it. The only other option would be a firmware update from MSI, but I don’t suspect that will be likely.
