As the title states, I recently switched cases to the NZXT H9 Elite. This includes a RGB and Fan Controller inside and I have 3 fans connected to it. For some reason it just wont show up in SignalRGB. It shows up and works fine in NZXT Cam software. I had this same issue with my Razer Huntsman Mini for like 2 weeks until it just randomly started working today. Under devices it shows a controller listed as “unknown”.

It’s the same for me, I’ve been trying to figure it out for quite some time,
and I just can’t find a solution.
I tried the method of download the “NZXT_Smart_Device_v2_Controller” and putting it in my \WhirlwindFX\Plugins but that didn’t work.
Note: I have a Nzxt h9 elite so it comes with the rgb & fan controller v2

I found a solution, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\VortxEngine\app-2.4.1\Signal-x64\Plugins\Nzxt
Now right click on “NZXT_Smart_Device_V2_Controller” and choose Edit.
Add this line: 0x201F: "NZXT RGB and Fan Controller",
