I have the Razer Deathstalker v2 PRO TKL wireless keyboard. Updated to latest firmware. Dongle plugged in. My mouse + fans/ram work. But it just won’t send the effect to my keyboard.
As an aside, for some reason it needs the keyboard dongle to be detected when i can use the keyboard and razer cobra pro mouse from just the mouse dongle. Not sure what is involved here.

As for the dongle(s), generally speaking SignalRGB needs one dongle per device but my understanding is the devs are working on better handling multiple devices over a single dongle (has to do with how the manufacturers designed them).
Well, i am not sure what I did but it sees my keyboard. Now it was only seeing my mouse dongle and not my cobra pro. now it sees my cobra pro but won’t push the effects? and for some reason it used to light up all the keys on my whole keyboard, but now only does esc and f1-f9. When the computer is booting up my keyboard gets the default which has all keys lit up so it’s not that.
I’d recommend reporting the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. Could be a bug with the plugin or something else going on under the hood.
