same issue here, im paying for a pro sub and now the app wont acknowledge it. then it signed me out and am unable to sign back in
Same problem since yesterday: as soon as I turn on the PC, as soon as Signal RGB loads, it tells me it can’t sync my account. I have to disconnect the account and then log in again, but yesterday even that didn’t work.
@OatmealMan / @BoomBoomGhost - This is a known issue with Firebase (a backend 3rd party service) that our teams are looking into with theirs. A workaround is available though!
Close SignalRGB completely, usually best to do that from the Task Manager to be sure. Afterwards, navigate to Login | SignalRGB from a web browser, and sign in on the website. After signing in, you should be able to launch the app. Does that do the trick?
Not Work . only with new install . but after reboot , same Problem .
Hi. I can load the app just fine, but it acts as though my Pro account isn’t paid. I tried the workaround. Any news on this?
Same for me. although I’ve “fixed it” by logging out and after a few hours I can log in normally. but I have to do it every time I shutdown my pc.
Are you getting an error message?
If it’s a new subscription, sometimes you need to log out and back in. However, if the issue is persisting I would recommend getting a bug report into the team so we can investigate further. Sometimes there’s an issue with the account flag, assuming it’s not related to the known issues with Firebase
