Not able to run "themes", only able to set individual device colors

I’m using the Airgoo AG-DRGB16 controller.

Can set color on each device fine. But if I want to play a theme I downloaded, it won’t play using the “play” button at the bottom and not finding any “setting” that I can see.

Also, I can’t control the “cooling” of the fans as SignalRGB says no fan controllers available . I’m on Pro Version

Do I need a fan controller too for this to work with Signal to control the fans and LED’s via the app.

Motherboard is Gigabyte B550M GAMING X WIFI6

Sorry, getting used to the forum style. I uninstalled SignalRGB and then reinstalled. Seems that fixed any issue I had with themes.

I still need some help finding the correct “Fan” controller as I’ve used Gigabyte’s Control Center to control the case/cpu fans.

How are the fans connected for power? Fans have a cable for power and another for RGB. Sounds like everything for RGB is hooked up to the Airgoo controller and that’s working, but I’d be curious where the fans are routed for power.

Are they all on the same fan header on the motherboard? Generally, you’ll want to group fans in zones - intake fans in front on one header and exhaust on another. If you need more zones or per-fan control, you’d want a fan controller to complement the RGB controller.

Hope that helps!

I have 5, 120mm fans total, and 3 fan headers on the MB. 2 fans off my CPU cooler are on 1 header (cpu fan), one fan is on it’s own header, and the other 2 fans on the 2nd header. Since this forum program has “limited” character count, it’s too hard to explain what is going on. Signal doesn’t see my MB fan connections, thus I’ll have to get a separate one it seems.

Triple check that you’ve got the latest BIOS versions and such installed. You can also report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. They can look at the logs more closely and see if there’s something “under the hood” that can be fixed, or a setting that needs to be adjusted.

ALL BIOS and other drivers are 100% up to date. That’s ALWAYS the first thing I do when I find any issue with anything.

But, I still don’t have an answer to the question .. do I have to have a separate “fan” controller, one that controls fan speeds.
