No Library On Start

BLUF: The library isn’t reading.
I have Adguard on and filtering. I have Adguard VPN and Nord VPN, but they are not active.
However, I do not actively use VPNs/it’s set to trust my current network.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to verify if there was a download discrepancy.
Upon reinstallation I could access the library, I verified my devices were connected and then back into the library, but this time it did not load.
I verified that the IPv4 is good to go.
I checked Adguard and to my knowledge, it’s not filtering Signal RGB.
