Hi my land cool 217’s infinity display is only partially light up. The left side and top portion doesn’t light up. However the right side and bottom works fine. when I turn off signal RGB the full infinity mirror works properly. What can I do? 
Have you gone through and setup the components manually? It might be using a default strip and need additional configuration. Checkout our quick start guide for some more info.
