My Kingston Fury Renegade memory sticks are not recognised as RGB devices

32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MT/s CL32 FURY Renegade Black RGB

I restarted the SignalRGB program with administrator rights as mentioned in the similar topic but the Kingston modules still do not show up as devices.

Can I do anything else to get the memory modules in SignalRGB?

If your RAM is on the list of supported devices,
make sure to use the latest BIOS and chipset drivers for your mainboard.

After updating both, do a full power cycle and run SignalRGB with admin rights.
Make sure that “onboard devices” are enabled in the settings.

The RAM is on the list of supported devices.
I had already updated the BIOS to the newest version and done multiple powercycles followed by running SignalRGB with admin rights but today the Kingston RAM appeared in SignalRGB and it works like a charm now!

I hope my Gigabyte RTX4090 Gaming GPU will also appear in SignalRGB one day!

Unfortunately it only worked once…
I am running under admin rights and have the latest BIOS version but still the Kingston RAM is not visible in My Devices…

Can you please upload the latest log file from your %userprofile%\Documents\WhirlwindFX\Logs folder that is bigger than 5KB here?

I honestly have no idea, I’ll make the devs aware and ask them to look into this.

I may have a workaround for this issue.
After a fresh install of Windows 10 (due to some other issues with my (fresh) installation of Windows 11) I now have a fully functional SignalRGB.

The only device that refuses to be controlled from SignalRGB is my Gigabyte RTX4090 Gaming OC, but I will create a new topic for that.

I want to thank everybody for your help.

Unfortunately this “solution” was not permanent as the Kingston devices are now again no longer recognised by SignalRGB…

I made the developers aware about this, they’re looking into it.

I’d have to ask you for some patience though s it might take some time.

Same Problem here, did nobody can help? The only Device that are not sync are the ram. On the Website under supported device are Kingston Fury .

Hi guys, and thanks for this brilliant application!

After the first install and run, the Kingstone Fury RAM’s I have just wasn’t under devices anymore!? Why is this happening? Shall I reinstall Win 11 PRO to get them back? (I though format was a solution reading this thread.) but then again, this has to be a bug or somethi9ng else right? Anyone on this topic has anything to say/help with?

I have latest BIOS and practicality anything else one can think of, and again, both sticks where there and was working, but after one restart/reboot they are not there but still recognized here, please see below image.

Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, @here

Which motherboard model you guys have?

I’m on a ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-I

I am using a Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX

A fresh Windows 11 installation did not make it work for me.
Only after returning to Windows 10 (also fresh installation) it worked but only for a short while.

I really can’t say what I did but I did manage to get them back… or maybe I can give it a try!

Uninstall the app, restarted the pc. Installed the app, ran the guide and RAMs was recognized. So I saved my formation on what is where and so in settings changed to run as admin and then closed app.

Made sure the .exe file under properties had run as admin checked too and also ran it by right click run as admin.

After each reboot I go I run the app and windows uac ask for permission so what I have done totally broke run at start up but hey I have a working solution I hope works for the rest of you guys too.

If you like me dont want the uac prompt… I figured out using this how to make it a bit easier for myself and my goal was to add this to AutoStart apps with-in the task manager, adding the shortcut to there is easy but it didn’t start/run when I restarted so now I deactivated it there and have this shortcut instead which can be pinned and so on, and all it really dose in the end is saving me one windows uac prompt :stuck_out_tongue:
