my keyboard is detected by the software but it doesn’t change the colors. It’s the ajazz ak820 Max HE Wired version.
The HE keeb likely hasn’t been mapped quite yet. I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up. Happy to help see what we can do!
