so it was fun while it lasted. my device finally got listed and now, a week later, the rgb died. i suspect it was some sort of update on SRGB’s end. 2 years of waiting and its gone.
Is it the Hyte Keeb TKL? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried? A full power cycle is always a good place to start.
To rule out any plugin-related issues, it’s also worth trying to update to the latest beta. You can do this by going to Settings > Updates > then enable the slider next to Enroll In Preview Updates.
did’nt work but i fixed it. the keyboard’s physical factory fix methods were of no help, so i tried something a bit out of the box and i restored the lighting. im kinda low key wanting it to happen again so i can confirm my method.
so another issue from SignalRGB. the multi media control bar does not work. it was basically a volume control which it does not do anymore…
Can you try and update to the latest beta version? We’ve made improvements on the latest version along with plugin updates so it’s likely that the fix to this issue is included there.
To do this, go to Settings > Updates > enable the slider next to Enroll in Preview Updates. There should be a download icon on the upper right afterwards. Let us know how it goes.
audio volume bar still doesnt work at all. the Mute key underneath it does work , but the other multimedia keys do not(fast forward,pause,etc…)
Could be an issue with the plugin. Please send us a bug report through the bug icon on the upper right section of the app so we can look into this further and get it in front of the devs.
