MSI Mystic Light Controller not detected under devices

First at all, my english is not that good so sorry for this!

My problem is that RGB SIGNAL is not detecting my MSI Mystic Light Controller under Devices. But it shows up under the Layout section. RGB SIGNAL controlled my Corsair RAM, Razer Mouse, Roccat Keyboard and the MSI Mainboard LED.
My RGB fans are connected to the mystic
light so i cant controle it. Is it not supported?

Also my ASUS ROG STRIX RADEON RX 6600 XT is not detected as well. So i have to run ARMOURY CRATE at the same time as SIGNAL RGB.

I have a MSI MPG B550 GAMING PLUS Mainboard and the MSI MPG VELOX 100R Case with the Mystic Light Controller which is connected to the Rainbow1 connection.
Under the Mystic Light software the controller was detected. I deleted Mystic Light software because of SIGNAL RGB.

My BIOS is from November 2022…could this be the problem?

Definitely update the bios. try placing this file in %userprofile%\Documents\WhirlwindFX\Plugins
then quit and restart SignalRGB

ok i updated the bios now and put the file in the plugins folder but no change.
