At first, I posted in Feature Request but it seems that is more a bug than a request…
I can’t see the fan of my GPU :
Can you help me please ? 
Run the app as Admin. Also in signalrgb settings → Monitoring make sure the setting for fan control for gpus is enabled.

Oh thanks, I didn’t notice this setting…
Also, only 2 of 3 fans were detected. I imagine that’s normal since the GPU fans controller is an experimental feature ?
Do I need to run the app as admin for SignalRGB takes control of my fans or only for the setup ?
You’ll need to run as Admin generally, not just for setup. It shows as 2 fans because of how it’s wired I bet. I think that 2 of the fans share the same control while the 3rd has it’s own. That’s my guess at least.
Correct. Nvidia controls 2 of the fans as 1 , so it will show up as 2 fans only
