Motherboard Stays Default after Power Outage

Hello! I’ve been using Signal for around 2 years without issue, but last night we had a power outage and my computer was hard shut down. Ever since booting it back up specifically the RGB headers will not change from the default color - blinding white - on my ASRock motherboard.

It was working fine before but now its like its gone deaf. Signal says it sees it and says it is doing stuff but nothing actually happens.

I have rebooted 3 or 4 times, and uninstalled and reinstalled Signal. I deleted all devices off the motherboard headers in settings and re added them. Nothing I restarted Signal from the option in the taskbar app tray. Nothing I have done has made a difference, any ideas?
