I have been using the Corsair M75 Wireless gaming mouse, and it shows up in the signalrgb app but does not change color or display the correct color.
Do you have any other software open that might also be trying to control your mouse? Any more details you can provide around the behavior, particularly about it displaying incorrect colors, would be appreciated too. ![]()
iCue (and all conflicting programs) is turned off and disabled using the built in no conflicts setting. The mouse appears in the layout screen but constantly displays a blueish white color regardless of the layouts assigned color. I also tried using the RGB LED paint tool in the device settings for the mouse to force it into displaying another color but it did not change. Mouse works properly with iCue and is fully updated on Corsairs end.
Are you using it via the dongle or USB cable? If wireless via dongle, try plugging it in directly via USB and see if SRGB gets better control.
Ive tried both. It has the same issue.
There’s a chance it could be a variant, sometimes devices have different IDs that we expect for a handful of reasons. I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up with the plugin devs for this mouse.
