Low frame rate on steelseries mouse

I just got myself a Steelseries rival 650, the software recognizes it and the colours appear on the LEDs, but the changing of colours is choppy and the inspector shows it having 2-3 fps, I’ve already tried all the USB ports for the wireless adapter, as well as unplugging devices. I have also done a force update on the mouse. In SteelSeries’s own software the led’s work fine
