I have the logitech g705 mouse and ajazz ak820 keyboard, both of which should be supported by the app. When I open the app, it says the only device detected is my PC. How do I get the system to detect my mouse and keyboard? I have tried both bluetooth and wired connection of my devices
Always good to try a full power cycle and triple check to make sure all your drivers and firmware are updated, especially for things like chipset controllers and such.
If all else fails, I’d report the bug using the bug icon in the app (upper-right corner) or through this link so that the support team can follow up with a review of the log files.
