My keyboard randomly goes black , thhis affects only my keyboard, for my logitech g502 it stays on..
Any help?
Have you checked to confirm there’s no other software possibly competing for control, such as GHub? Might also help to try using a different USB port perhaps. When it happens, what ultimately gets it working again? Do you have to restart SRGB, or maybe disconnect/reconnect the keeb?
This is happening to me but for the “lightspeed” version of the keyboard (G515 Lightspeed TKL). Just submitted feedback in the app. Personally I haven’t been able to find any rhyme or reason as to how to fix this. Sometimes restarting Signal works. Sometimes restarting the keyboard works, GHub isn’t running ever. But it’ll still eventually shut back down.
Could be an issue with the Lightspeed variant in particular, but does the console or log files show anything? There’s usually a clue to what’s going on in there.
